The French eat to LIVE!” As you wolf down your lunch in 6 ½ minutes, perhaps daydream about that most divine of food experiences: a raclette. Some of us have been rendered fully speechless by its tasty majesty! We’re going to make a full overnight of cheese, with raclettes, slow meals, slow sips of coffee, desserts in the park and the beauty of eating the French way! Sure, you’ll come home extremely full, but those two days will be happy, happy days for your palate, for your senses and for your soul. Whether you’ve never heard of a raclette or you’re a die-hard fan, it’s a tour of indulgence. Let’s LIVE!
