As we continue our journey around Denver’s historic districts, we make our way back toward the center for a place that’s a little of everything. ‘Eclectic’ would definitely apply! Covering more than seventy years of development, there are many different styles that were originally constructed within its borders. Over time, the restless energy of Colfax Avenue and other tourist destinations have wrought some surprising changes upon the area. With everything from Spanish Revival to Vernacular Cottage, the Wyman Historic District has as much to share as the giants along its flanks. Doesn’t that seem worth a walk?
