Group Tours

To register for a tour, please visit TreasureBoxTours.com/group-tours.

All day tours require payment in full, due at the time of booking online. Add the tour and quantity to your cart, click the cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then complete your purchase at checkout. You may register for multiple tours with one checkout.

Overnight tours require a 10% deposit of the total tour cost at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be split, with 50% of the remaining balance due on the registration deadline. Final balance due one month prior to tour start date. You will receive notifications from Treasure Box Tours via email.

All prices for overnight tours are based on double occupancy. Should there be only one occupant to a room, the single-occupancy rate will be applied. Roommates may be requested but are not guaranteed. If paired with a roommate, you will be notified and given information to get in touch prior to the tour. If paired with a roommate that cancels after the registration deadline, you will not be assessed the single-occupancy rate. 

To request a roommate, register with single occupancy online and click the checkbox on the form “Roommate Requested.” Should you be paired with a roommate, your remaining balance will be adjusted, and you will receive an updated invoice. 

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a day tour seven or more days prior to the tour and receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations with fewer than seven days’ notice are non-refundable. 

You may cancel an overnight tour without any penalty before the registration deadline posted for each tour. Any deposits taken before the registration deadline will be refunded in full. If canceled 60-45 days before the tour, 75% refundable; 44-30 days, 50% refundable; 29-14 days before the tour, 25% refundable. Cancellations thirteen days or fewer prior to the tour are non-refundable.

Waitlists

Tours may sell out fast! There is limited capacity on each tour so that we may safely conduct tours and accommodate a safe journey and experience for each guest.

Should a tour sell out, you may request to be put on the waitlist. Should a space open up, you will be notified and given the opportunity to register for the tour. This will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Should a waitlist be large enough, we may be able to put together a second date for that tour. You will be notified and given the opportunity to register for the tour.

Start Locations

For any registered tours, guests will receive information via a tour letter, which will include the important details for the tour, including the start location. Most walking tours will start within the neighborhood or area of touring. For most of our bus tours, we have partnered with the Springhill Suites by Marriott downtown for a central start location. There is a parking garage at the hotel, charging a daily fee. The amount will be listed in the tour letter. All overnight tours list the start location/city, as some trips do not start in Colorado. Itineraries

Please note that all overnight tour itineraries are subject to change. Final itineraries are sent to registered guests 2-4 weeks prior to the start of a tour. Day tour participants will receive a tour letter with a brief itinerary 1-2 weeks prior to the start of a tour.

Personalized Adventures

Personalized Adventures require a 25% deposit of the total tour cost due at the time of itinerary acceptance. The remaining balance will be split, 50% of the remaining balance due 45 days prior to your tour. Final balance due 14 days prior to tour start date. 

You may cancel a private tour without any penalty up to 45 days before your tour. Any deposits taken by this date will be refunded in full. If canceled 30-45 days before the tour, 50% refundable. If canceled 14-29 days before the tour, 25% refundable. Cancellations 13 days or fewer prior to the tour are non-refundable.
