Marching down the Atlantic seaboard, we continue our journey through the capitols! We're giving 'down east' a new meaning with the capitols of the mid-Atlantic. From the columnar majesty of Richmond and the breathtaking enormity of Albany, you might think we will only be seeing giants, but just like some of the smaller states themselves, some of the capitols are quaint and tucked-away little things. With walking where President Washington walked (he walked a LOT of places) in the oldest capitol in the country, it will be a trip of diverse superlatives! While we will certainly be getting plenty of domes as we get our Capitol Collection books stamped, there will be other items of note along the way. We'll see what's not so sleepy in that hollow. We'll follow on the scandalous skirts of those suffragette greats. There will even be pancakes (of course there will be ...Kevin is leading the trip)! So, grab your books and ready your eyes for amazement with the capitols of the mid-Atlantic!
