This adventure showcases the breathtaking landscapes, rich history, and unique culture of the region. Explore the dramatic canyons and rugged beauty of Big Bend National Park, where the river carves through towering cliffs. Step back in time at the Judge Roy Bean Museum, learning about the legendary "Law West of the Pecos." Along the way, visit scenic overlooks, historic sites, and charming river towns that highlight the Rio Grande’s significance. The journey culminates on the Gulf Coast, where the river meets the sea, offering a perfect finale to this extraordinary exploration of the American Southwest.
Optional roundtrip flights from Denver to El Paso, returning from San Antonio.* Starts in El Paso, TX. Includes guide interpretation, coach transportation, seven nights’ lodging, all entries and admissions and eleven meals, including a Welcome Dinner.
